Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Quik's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Quik on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Service
Quik is an AI-native product discovery platform that ingests signals from your organization's tools, builds a compounding product graph, and helps teams ship features informed by real data. The service is available as a cloud-hosted solution or self-hosted enterprise deployment.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Quik for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you provide to Quik. We claim no ownership over your content. By using Quik, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Intellectual Property
Quik and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PixelTowers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment and Billing
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of service
Service Level
For cloud-hosted customers, we target 99.9% uptime for the Quik platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Self-hosted deployments are managed by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quik and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
